This is an advanced and comprehensive training course conducted in Hindi. The course is quite intensive and students are expected to complete the course curriculum in 1 year.
The course conforms to the PG Diploma scheme – mentored by Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi (Govt. of India). Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay yoga Sansthan is recognised by the Government of India (Ministry of AYUSH – QCI), and also Affiliated with Central Sanskrit University, New Delhi.
Yoga & Naturopathy Syllabus
The course syllabus covers in-depth study and practice of the following subjects, along with equal importance to philosophy, psychology, and dietetics.
Course Suitability & Opportunities
The course is specially designed for promoting positive health, prevention of stress-related health problems, and rehabilitation through yoga. It trains students as Yoga Therapy Instructors to work in hospitals, nursing homes, or run their own Yoga Centers.
After passing this course, students have a good option to pursue a Master’s Degree or become a Yoga trainer in Yogpeeths. It enables them to establish yoga therapy centers in the service of the common man.

Duration & Timings
Duration: 1 Year (Non-residential course). All public holidays are observed. Further, there will be no classes in the month of May. The course commences on the 1st day of every month.
