Foundation-level certification for aspiring Yoga instructors. Covers basic asanas, pranayama, and Yoga philosophy.

Advanced program covering therapeutic Yoga, anatomy, teaching methodology, and practical training modules.

PG Diploma in Yoga

Post-graduate level specialization in Yoga therapy, research methodology, and advanced Yogic practices.

How Examinations Work

Step 01

Enrollment

Student enrolls at an authorized training center and completes the prescribed course duration.

Step 02

Form Submission

Training center submits examination forms for all eligible students through the online portal.

Step 03

Admit Card

Students download admit cards with exam venue, date, and time details from the portal.

Step 04

Examination

Theory and practical exams conducted at designated centers under Sansthan supervision.

Step 05

Results & Certificate

Results published online. Certificates issued to successful candidates within 60 days.

Examination Guidelines

Admit Card Mandatory

Students must carry a printed admit card and valid ID proof to the examination center.

Reporting Time

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled exam time. Latecomers may not be allowed.

No Electronic Devices

Mobile phones, calculators, and other electronic devices are strictly prohibited.

Theory + Practical

Examinations include both written theory papers and practical demonstration of Yoga skills.

Minimum Passing

Students must score minimum 40% in theory and 50% in practical to qualify.

Re‑Examination

Students who fail can apply for re-examination in the next scheduled session.
